About these records
Is Sri Ruju Yogi Foundation a registered trust?
Yes. The Trust was registered in 2025 (NGO Darpan Unique ID KA/2025/0630087). It serves Sri Bhaavi Sameera Vadiraja Mandira and the Gaushale at Thinakallu Village, Chintamani. The Gaushale itself has been cared for since 2021, before the Trust was formed.
Why do years before 2025 only show Gaushale?
The Gaushale has kept books since Plava 2021–22. Sri Bhaavi Sameera Vadiraja Mandira and the registered Trust begin in Vishvavasu 2025–26. We do not invent Mandira receipts for years when those books did not exist.
How is my name shown in Open Books?
Open Books uses the name on the Seva receipt, unless the Haribhakta asks to remain anonymous. You may also choose Name Only (name without linking a public amount) or Name with Seva Amount. Sankalpa and payment details are never shown publicly.
Are these complete Foundation accounts?
Not yet. What you see today is Seva offerings from recorded receipts, plus yearly Foundation expense totals from one Trust bank account. Itemised bills and monthly bank-reconciled statements are being brought into Open Books. We will not invent missing figures.
What does the yearly expense total mean?
It is the Foundation’s recorded expense total for that financial year, from one Trust bank account. It is not a list of individual bills, and it is not a bank closing balance.
Where does ₹500 for Gau Grasa go?
The Foundation currently describes ₹500 as one day’s fodder for one Gau Mata. That is an offering amount, not a reconstructed expense line from these books. Actual fodder and care costs vary. Yearly expense totals in Open Books are Foundation totals from one bank account.
How do I correct a name or a duplicate payment?
