What is Ruju Yogi Gaushale?

It is a Gau Shala — a place of Gau Seva — beside the mandira, not a commercial dairy. Gir and other indigenous Desi cattle live in an orchard of mango trees, with open pasture, shade, and daily worship.

Each day begins with Gau Pooja. Cows are fed, watered, and tended by hand. Calves stay with the herd. Devotees who cannot visit still take part by offering Gau Grasa — a sacred mouthful of feed given with sankalpa, in their name.

Can I adopt a specific cow?

Yes. On the Adopt a Cow page you choose a resident of the Gaushale and begin monthly Autopay as her Seva Karta. Adoption is sacred sponsorship, not ownership — she remains at Thinakallu for life.

What is Gau Grasa Seva?

Gau Grasa is a sacred mouthful of feed offered to Gau Mata with your sankalpa, in your name. At this Gaushale, ₹500 provides one full day of fodder for one cow. Offerings are used for feed, water, and daily care — not as a commercial dairy.

Which cows live at the Gaushale?

The sanctuary protects indigenous Indian (Desi) cattle, including Gir cows known for their hump, long ears, and curved horns. Calves and adults live together in an orchard setting with mango trees, shade, and open pasture.

Can I visit the Gaushale in person?

Is Ruju Yogi Foundation a registered organisation?

Can I see how Gau Seva offerings are used?

Yes. Open books for the foundation — including Gau Grasa names and yearly Foundation expenses — are on the Transparency page. Offerings and expenses are one Foundation total from one Trust account.
